What’s Involved

  • Support the successful implementation and adoption of new or improved process through change and capability uplift

You’ll Need

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g. value stream mapping, root cause analysis, PCDA, DMAIC.)
  • Experience working in or with operations, manufacturing, supply chain or technical project environments
  • Strong capability in facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and influencing cultural change across all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in translating operational issues into structured process solutions
